Terms & Conditions: Fiona devotes considerable time to prepare for your appointments. Given the meticulous planning demanded by her role as a solo artist, accommodating last-minute bookings or rescheduling can be challenging. Therefore, she implements a non-refundable deposit policy for all instances of no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 24 hours before your appointment time. Your appointment will be considered canceled if you do not show up after 20 minutes to your scheduled time. Refunds are not provided after the service has been completed.
