Service Description

Eyelash extension refills are designed to maintain the fullness and longevity of your lash extensions by replacing any lost or shed lashes. Over time, natural shedding and wear can cause gaps or thinning in your lash line. Refills help to keep your lashes looking voluminous, fresh, and cohesive between full sets. BOOKING POLICY: Lash refills are expected to be scheduled within one month from the initial full set appointment, provided you retain at least 30% of your original lashes. Refill requests made after one month or with less than 30% of lashes remaining will be treated as a full set and charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: Fiona devotes considerable time to prepare for your appointments. Given the meticulous planning demanded by her role as a solo artist, accommodating last-minute bookings or rescheduling can be challenging. Therefore, she implements a non-refundable deposit policy for all instances of no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling. Your appointment will be considered canceled if you do not show up after 20 minutes to your scheduled time. Refunds are not provided after the service has been completed.
