Given the meticulous planning demanded by her role as a solo artist, accommodating last-minute bookings or rescheduling can be challenging. Therefore, she implements a non-refundable deposit policy for all instances of no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling. Your appointment will be considered canceled if you do not show up after 20 minutes to your scheduled time. Refunds are not provided after the service has been completed.
